Rad am Ring: Participation requirements

Requirements

In general, all cyclists of the age groups determined by the regulations are permitted to participate. The following requirements have to be met:

  • Proper registration before the determined dates with the respective form (online or by post)
  • A signature on the form or by clicking the o.k. button in the online registration as confirmation
  • Acceptance of the participation requirements
  • Complete payment of the participation fees
  • Physical requirements
  • Complete installation of start numbers. To tear or sprain the number can lead to disqualification

Participants are required to check their physical fitness themselves prior to the event. When in doubt, they should consult a doctor.

Youths

To register a minor athlete, the approval of a parent or guardian is required. The debit account for the participation fees has to be the account of the parent or guardian. Giving this information counts as an approval to the registration of the minor. When multiple applications (eg ucoaches running group registrations) are made the approval of all guardians to the registration has to be collected by the coach or person that is registering the minor athletes. Participants under the age of 18 are not permitted to start in the 24h race.
