No- show, booking changes, cancellation, absence, replacement participant

Participants can cancel the contract at any time. This cancellation has to be sent to the organiser in written form. If the cancellation is made 30 days prior the event date, the participation fees will be refunded, however the following processing fees will be charged:

if the cancellation will be made after the 30days or a competitor will just not start, there will be no refound.
